REGISTRATION
Please fill the form available on line and upload the abstract.
Registration fee (includes lunch, social events, banquet and excursions) is € 300 (or 390 U$S) for regular participants (senior scientists and post-docs) and € 150 (or 195 U$S) for students. The registration fee for accompanying persons is € 200 (or 260 U$S).

Registration payments in cash at the registration desk on arrival in Montevideo would be acceptable also; however, payment by wire transfer will be much preferred and appreciated.
GRANTS: The organization will not be able to cover the travel costs of participants. Invited speakers and students from the region presenting papers will have an allowance depending on the generosity of our sponsors and we cannot foresee the amount of each grant. If you apply for a grant please check the appropriate checkbox in the registration form.
For undergraduate and graduate students from the region (Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay): students applying to these grants should fill the registration page presenting a CV, abstract, and a letter indicating why a grant should be awarded to them and a scientific reference (including the e-mail address). Founds for these grants were provided by IBRO and LABRO. Fellowships may include: registration, hostelling and/or travel tickets, depending on the students needs and funding availability. They also may apply for the pre-meeting Joint US/Uruguay Workshop on Neural Dynamics.
Travel funds will likely be available to US undergraduates, graduate students, and postdocs to attend a pre-meeting Joint US/Uruguay Workshop on Neural Dynamics, the meeting on Neural Coding, and to visit laboratories in the southern cone area of South America. Details to follow.
ABSTRACT PRESENTATION: Deadline August 22nd, 2007. Abstracts received before the deadline will be included in Book of Proceedings of the Symposium. Beyond this date will not be in the Proceedings and the inclusion in the meeting program cannot be guaranteed. Click here for the template in Latex or RTF formats.
